Marinika Tepić Exposes Criminal Ties of Serbian Leadership: French Police Seized Cocaine Packages on Tahiti Bearing the Image of Aleksandar Vučić
02. jun 2025. 17:01
At today’s press conference, Marinika Tepić, Vice President of the Party of Freedom and Justice, announced that the French police and prosecutor’s office had submitted evidence to the Serbian Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime four years ago, implicating the country’s top officials in organized crime, yet Serbian judicial institutions have remained silent. She stated that this is only part of the evidence provided by the French authorities and that in the coming days, at 1 PM daily, she will continue to release additional evidence, and every day at 8 PM, she will publish related documents.
"Dear citizens, dear media, I’ve invited you today so the entire public can see and hear the official documents and evidence from the French police and prosecutor’s office, which point to the fact that Serbia is ruled by a state narco-cartel, headed by the Vučić brothers, Aleksandar and Andrej, and that our Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime has kept this hidden in a drawer for four years to keep the Vučić brothers free," said Tepić.

"Alongside them are people like Novak Nedić, Vučić’s longtime General Secretary of the Government, and former State Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dijana Hrkalović, as well as many others. These are official documents from the French police and prosecutors, which were sent to our organized crime prosecutors four years ago, yet no action has been taken. Our question is why — why hasn’t anything been done about this? According to these documents, they should already be in prison — Aleksandar and Andrej Vučić, Novak Nedić, Dijana Hrkalović — and for these crimes, there is no immunity," stated Tepić.
"Thousands of pages of evidence, photographs, audio recordings, and correspondence are being kept in a drawer by the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime. Naturally, this raises questions: who has been intimidated, who is corrupt, who is being blackmailed, and who is committing crimes through inaction? The significance of these French documents and evidence is highlighted by Montenegro, whose judiciary is actively investigating corrupt police, prosecutors, and mafia. Their media, unlike ours, reports on everything. That’s why I will, starting today and in the coming days, present all the evidence collected by France — hoping someone will have the courage to act on it," she said.
423 Kilograms of Cocaine Bearing Vučić’s Image
"This documentation, I repeat, has been in the hands of the Serbian Prosecutor’s Office for years — at least four years. It led to the imprisonment of Filip Korać and his associates in France in 2023, charged with drug and arms trafficking, organized crime, and murder. But it did not implicate Serbia’s leadership — the Vučić brothers — who worked with Korać. The content is chilling. Half the Serbian government is, I quote, on cocaine. Korać’s people collected votes for the SNS party. There’s incriminating evidence that Dijana Hrkalović was involved in the murder of lawyer Miša Ognjanović," Tepić said.
"When did this start? In 2021, the French prosecutor’s office sent an official request to Serbia's Prosecutor’s Office to act based on the decrypted SKY communication of Veljko Belivuk, where a codename ‘Robin’ appeared. Later it was revealed that ‘Robin’ was Filip Korać, identified as a drug and arms trafficker and contract killer. Things worsened for the Vučić brothers in September 2022, when French police on Tahiti — using Swedish units — seized 423 kilograms of cocaine, all in packages marked with Aleksandar Vučić’s image. As you know, drug traffickers brand their products," she added.
"Opening the SKY communication of the Swedes transporting the drugs revealed that the operation was organized by ‘Robin,’ i.e., Filip Korać from Vučić’s Serbia. But no Serbian media reported this, and they hoped it would all be covered up. Anyone who tries to twist or deny this, including Aleksandar Vučić himself, let me be clear — it won’t help you. This time, we will expose the SKY communication between Filip Korać and his associates, where the names of the Vučić brothers, Novak Nedić, and Dijana Hrkalović appear repeatedly. We’re talking about SKY communications from 2019 to 2021 — thousands of messages and over 90 folders, which we’ve carefully analyzed, categorized, and grouped into several key dossiers. We’ll inform the public in the coming days so they can access this information and understand the extent of the cover-up — and so the authorities know the truth cannot be hidden," said Tepić.
"I demand that alongside the Vučić brothers, Novak Nedić, Dijana Hrkalović, and others yet to be revealed, prosecutors from the Organized Crime Office — Mladen Nenadić, Saša Drecun, Saša Ivanić, and others who’ve been covering this up for four years — be urgently investigated. I repeat, all this data is already part of official case files. Our analysis shows that in late 2020, through Novak Nedić, the first contact was made with Andrej Vučić, during which Korać was promised he could return to Serbia as a free man. Andrej Vučić, with Aleksandar Vučić’s approval, gave the green light for a new engagement with Korać’s organization, which was also supported by then BIA director Aleksandar Vulin and Police Minister Bratislav Gašić," she continued.
"Further analysis shows that upon returning to Serbia, Korać was given police protection, armored vehicles with sirens, and armed guards 24/7. In agreement with Andrej Vučić and with the approval of his brother, the President, Korać was given control over the customs at the Horgoš border crossing. For every imported and cleared vehicle, Korać’s group earned €150. Between 800 and 1,000 vehicles pass through that crossing monthly. Under their control, Korać and his group supervised and managed the heroin route from Turkey to Western Europe, as well as the entry of cocaine into Serbia. I didn’t determine this — these are the findings of the official French police and prosecutors. They submitted everything to the Serbian Organized Crime Prosecutor’s Office, which has not acted. The only ones in prison are Korać and his associates, not those who enabled them — Aleksandar and Andrej Vučić, Novak Nedić, and many others we will continue to reveal," concluded Tepić.
